Called Factory Select Homes and spoke with Beth Doan, she answered every question I had. She is very knowledgeable in her field and if she don't have the answer she will get it to you asap. Went in a few days later and met with her and she was amazing. Beth walked us through all the homes and explained everything to us. Highly recommend!!! Ask for Beth Doan.

Belinda Campbell and I have been communicating about my husband and I purchasing a home for over 2 years. We finally sat found last week and picked out what we wanted and gave a down payment. She made the process fun and easy. The thing I appreciated was even when she did not know if I would buy the home over the 2 years, she was always the same friendly person she was the day we signed our paperwork. She even helped us with a thank you discount I was not expecting, just to make sure we could do it without the anxiety big purchases can cause. I haven't even gotten to the lenders and the rest but if it goes as well as with Belinda, I am confident we picked the right place to choose a home!

Let me start by saying the ladies Jeni and Barbara have been wonderful! They respond quickly to any lending issue that may arise and work for you to sort out all of those issues. This will be a very anxious time in your life. You want those ladies on your side. They know their stuff. My home was built super fast and delivered without any hiccups. I would say if you are thinking about using this company do it.

I honestly don't know how to describe my experience with Bella Campbell at Factory Select Homes other than "Great". We had text on line a few times, I had questions, she was very prompt with returning an answer.We met in person at the lot, she had all the info and material that I would need to make an informative decision. No pushy salesperson, no pressure to buy, just a great lady making sure that you have all the info that you need to make a major decision. I am thankful that I met Bella Campbell, she made my world a little bit better place.

This is a great place to shop for mobile and modular homes! Their model homes were nicely set up & they have a good selection to do walk throughs. Belinda is a wonderful Sales Rep, she was a great help, she answered all my questions & followed up with me via email. When I'm ready to purchase, this will be the place!

Absolutely great place to shop 4 manufactured homes. They have a good variety of floor plans and price range is very reasonable! My mother and I looked at all of there model homes and I was in love with them all. It will be hard to pick just one when the time comes i am sure our budget will narrow it down lol. The staff was friendly and polite but not overwhelming and I liked that they didn't bum rush us with questions and stalk us during our walk to look at homes. Come time they were there when done to answer any and all questions! Really a great place to go if your looking to buy a manufactured home!

We were a little afraid of the whole concept of buying factory select, with the thinking that our experience would not be as "hands on" as let's say a salesperson sitting at a desk in front of us. That couldn't be further from the case! In fact, it was quite the opposite! Our first call put us right to a wonderful salesperson, Belinda, who was not only very professional and knowledgeable but extremely friendly and caring. Listening to our needs and concerns she then promptly provided with not just one option but several options that put us closer to the home we wanted. I encourage you to just pick up the phone and give her a call - you'll be glad you did!

I can not say enough about Belinda and the Factory Select team. They were amazing from day 1 of trying to get our home. We gave them our budget and they helped us pick a home within that range. They stayed in constant touch with us and made sure we knew every step needed to accomplish our goal of a new home. You could not ask for a more dedicated group of people then the Factory Select family. They have so many beautiful homes to choose from. You won't be disappointed.

The hubby and I went to look at homes and we were impressed. The only thing we're a little torn about is having to find our own contractor. I mean they said that they would give us a list, but it's up to us to hire the one we like. Of course the charge would be added to the contract for the home but considering, many of the things we liked were not inclusive but we're upgrades, we've decided to look at one other dealer before making a decision. If this doesn't bother you then you really should give Factory Select Homes a call. Patrice is very honest and nice and she's a fellow New Yorker! The company put us up in NICE hotel, since we travelled from SC and we really enjoyed getting a little time for ourselves. Give Patrice a call, you won't be sorry!

Wife and I were ready to downsize to something small that could be moved to hunt land when we retire. This location was only one that had 1 bed 1 bath we could physically look in. We made appointment and drove 2 1/2 hours to look. Patrice was awesome! Wife was tired and grumpy and rather rude, but Patrice was sweet as could be. We went home and did more looking online but couldn't find what we wanted. Since we saw the quality in person and Patrice showed us our options of upgrades and the price was great. We were sold.Totally awesome sales office. Totally awesome project manager (Jeni) totally awesome assistant project manager (Donna)Now. As far as financing don't even bother applying with Triad. The communications from them are not timely if they reply at all. We loved working with 21st Mortgage. Very friendly, prompt, great all around service. Every email had a checklist showing what was needed and what they already had.The only negative of the whole process was having to hire a set up contractor. When the builder sends the home to you they do not send a set up crew. In July 2021 moving and set up crews were so backlogged they wouldn't answer phones much less take time to give you a written quote. Finding a contractor was the most exasperating experience in the whole process.

I bought a home from factory expo only because the one I wanted was not on sale at Select,however I would not have bought a home if not for Belinda. She was so personable, knowlegeable, professional, patient, and understanding of my need to change my mind what seened like a hundred times. She is such a joy to communicate with. After calling her what seemed like a hundred times , I ended up purchasing my home at factory expo as it was not on sale ay Select and she was very understanding and continued to be very pleasant even though I did not purchasd from her. She is an asset to Factory Select and only wish I could have purchased from her.

Belinda Campbell and the staff of Factory Select Homes was thoughtful, courteous, respectful, well spoken, well versed in the mobile home sales and installation process. The models we viewed were attractive inside and out, well designed and constructed. The prices and delivery times were in line with the issues the mobile home industry now faces.Once we get County approval for installation we intend to purchase a unit from Belinda.

I really enjoy touring Factory Homes in my Area the Hospitality was great I was offered a Refreshing Beverage as soon as I walked in Sales Representative Belinda went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs was met pertaining to style, pricing, comfort, rooms etc she explained in great detail all my options and financing I was really impressed with her knowledge of both Single-wide and Doublewide Homes and the Companies that built each Modular I will recommend her expertise to anyone who is in search of finding their Dream home I can’t wait to move into mines thanks Belinda for a job well done!

We visited the Statesville, NC location on July 1st. We were cheerfully greeted right away when entering the office area. We were teamed up with Belinda Campbell to tour some of their homes in our targeted size. Talk about an awesome individual, we hit it off right away. She was upbeat and just an all around easy person to talk to. She answered all our questions and was never pushy in trying to sell us a home. Although we didn’t purchase today, our first day out shopping, I feel we may return to see Belinda again. Thank you Belinda for being awesome 👏🏻
