It was my pleasure over the weekend to visit the Statesville NC location to tour some of the homes they offer. I had spoken with Beth a few weeks prior when I called to ask a slew of questions. I’m positive I asked the same dozens of questions everyone asks, but she was patient and pleasant while answering my questions. Beth was just as wonderful in person as on the phone. Educating me without making me feel the pressure to buy. Making it about me and my needs, like talking with a friend. We also met Michelle during our visit who was just as lovely. Wish I could remember the young lady’s name from PA, my apologies. If you’re in the market for a manufactured home, you’ll be glad you called or visited these ladies.Thanks again Beth!

Good experience. Sales person walked around with us even visiting some of the houses twice explaining all the options and programs they offer. Homes were beautiful with plenty of options. Definitely better quality then clayton Homes. Plenty of options and homes to choose from.

I have had the best experience at Factory Select in Statesville! The office is warm and welcoming and very professional. Every staff member that I encountered was warm, professional and there to serve. My Housing Consultant, Bella Campbell has gone above and beyond what I expected. She knows how to serve her customers and meet their needs. She gave me all housing options, knowing what I wanted, yet helped in any way she could to save me $. Belinda Campbell and I have been communicating about my husband and I purchasing a home for over 2 years. We finally sat found last week and picked out what we wanted and gave a down payment. She made the process fun and easy. The thing I appreciated was even when she did not know if I would buy the home over the 2 years, she was always the same friendly person she was the day we signed our paperwork. She even helped us with a thank you discount I was not expecting, just to make sure we could do it without the anxiety big purchases can cause. I haven't even gotten to the lenders and the rest but if it goes as well as with Belinda, I am confident we picked the right place to choose a home!

Let me start by saying the ladies Jeni and Barbara have been wonderful! They respond quickly to any lending issue that may arise and work for you to sort out all of those issues. This will be a very anxious time in your life. You want those ladies on your side. They know their stuff. My home was built super fast and delivered without any hiccups. I would say if you are thinking about using this company do it.

I honestly don't know how to describe my experience with Bella Campbell at Factory Select Homes other than "Great". We had text on line a few times, I had questions, she was very prompt with returning an answer.We met in person at the lot, she had all the info and material that I would need to make an informative decision. No pushy salesperson, no pressure to buy, just a great lady making sure that you have all the info that you need to make a major decision. I am thankful that I met Bella Campbell, she made my world a little bit better place.

This is a great place to shop for mobile and modular homes! Their model homes were nicely set up & they have a good selection to do walk throughs. Belinda is a wonderful Sales Rep, she was a great help, she answered all my questions & followed up with me via email. When I'm ready to purchase, this will be the place!

Absolutely great place to shop 4 manufactured homes. They have a good variety of floor plans and price range is very reasonable! My mother and I looked at all of there model homes and I was in love with them all. It will be hard to pick just one when the time comes i am sure our budget will narrow it down lol. The staff was friendly and polite but not overwhelming and I liked that they didn't bum rush us with questions and stalk us during our walk to look at homes. Come time they were there when done to answer any and all questions! Really a great place to go if your looking to buy a manufactured home!

We were a little afraid of the whole concept of buying factory select, with the thinking that our experience would not be as "hands on" as let's say a salesperson sitting at a desk in front of us. That couldn't be further from the case! In fact, it was quite the opposite! Our first call put us right to a wonderful salesperson, Belinda, who was not only very professional and knowledgeable but extremely friendly and caring. Listening to our needs and concerns she then promptly provided with not just one option but several options that put us closer to the home we wanted. I encourage you to just pick up the phone and give her a call - you'll be glad you did!
